Digital Walkthrough

We love to make dreams a reality! We’ve worked with a wonderful young family to transform their dated 1985 home into a New England showstopper.

We wish this lakefront beauty was close enough for you to visit in person, but we’ve settled for a digital walkthrough.

Previously a 3,100-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home, the residence was taken down to the studs and expanded by an additional 2,000 square feet. The transformation created a spectacular home of more than 5,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.

Be sure to notice the real Michigan-made wood flooring, custom cherry cabinets, intricate tilework, and beautiful built-ins throughout the home.

Visit our website to see before-and-after pictures that may make you question whether it’s really the same home!

What you won’t see behind the beautiful design details, but we made sure it’s there, is state-of-the-art forced-air heating and water heating, air conditioning, plus superior insulation and sealing designed to achieve an energy-efficient home.

You’ll also find high-performance windows and energy-saving construction, complete with Greystone Homes quality and workmanship.

We invite you to experience this fantastic lakefront transformation!
