Please list up to 10 features of your Parade home. These details may be edited for clarity or magazine formatting purposes.

SUPPORT YOUR SUPPLIERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS. Please list below the suppliers and subcontractors used for your Parade entry. This gives HBA the opportunity to thank fellow members, and welcome potential new members. Listing your suppliers and subcontractors is required based on your contract.

To enter a home into the Parade of Homes, you must currently be a Builder Member of the Home Builders Association of Great Lakes Bay Region (HBAGLBR), or become a member prior to entry date, and your name must be listed as it appears on your membership. IN PERSON & VIRTUAL - $1650 IN PERSON - $1350 VIRTUAL - $825 PREVIEW - $825 REMODEL/FIRST TIME - $825 SHOWROOM REST STOP - $1350 These fees are per project including new home, remodel, condo, model, duplex (entered separately)$150 late fee will be incurred if entry fee is not paid in full by August 29, 2025. I. CONDITIONS New Home: A) If NEVER been occupied, it may be entered or repeated with no limit B) If occupied fewer than 10 months, it may be entered or repeated for two seasons consecutively, or 1 year consecutively, unless approved by Parade Committee Remodel: A) Project must have had $15,000+ worth of work within the 12 months prior to being entered or repeated B) Projects may be repeated, without limit, as long as it meets the above criteria, unless otherwise approved by Parade Committee Condo/Model: Condominium and model homes may be entered and repeated under same conditions as new homes, unless otherwise approved by Parade Committee Virtual: Virtual homes must be entered under the same conditions as a new or remodel home. If home is outside the Great Lakes Bay region, additional fees may apply.

1. The builder agrees to show their own work at the specific address listed above: 2. I understand that this home must have a final inspection if one is required by the municipality. 3. I understand that my Parade home(s) must have either a Conditional Certificate of Occupancy OR a Certificate of Occupancy. A home that does not meet one of the above will be a drive-by only. 4. I understand that this home may not be shown in any event other than this Official HBAGLBR Parade of Homes during the following dates, unless authorized by the Parade of Homes Committee: October 4,5,8,11,12 5. The Parade home entry must be built or remodeled by the builder member represented here. 6. Every home or project entered in the Parade of Homes that is owned and/or occupied (as per the Conditions listed above) must have signed homeowner agreement. 7. I agree to promote HBAGLBR and its Parade of Homes on all of my own Parade marketing both internally and externally; I understand that all logos are available to me through HBAGLBR. 8. I agree to make sure ALL Parade of Homes signs are returned to the HBA Great Lakes Bay Region within ten (10) business days of the last Parade Date (listed above), or I will be fined a $150 replacement fee. Any county sign ordinances must be followed. Any fines l vied for sign violations of county sign ordinances will be the builder participants responsibility. 9. I agree to display the Official Sponsor sign, and provide them promotional space (for brochures, etc.) at my Parade home. 10. I agree to have Parade of Homes magazines visible and available to the public in my Parade home. 11. I agree to have my Parade home staffed during all open hours of the Parade for each of the five dates listed above, unless my home is a “Drive By Only” or “Virtual Only”. 12. I agree to comply with industry recognized safety standards and to take reasonable precaution to provide a home that is safe for the public to enter. 13. I agree to furnish a certificate of public liability and extend coverage limits insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 on each home entered, naming the HBA as additional insured. 14. I agree to hereby release the Home Builders Association of Great Lakes Bay Region, its manager and agents, as harmless from any and all actions, claims, and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss, or injury suffered or incurred by me, my agents, my employees, and guests in consequence of my participation in the Parade of Homes. 15. I further agree that in the event of a dispute regarding any of the rules and regulations as laid forth by this contract and/or the Parade of Homes Committee to accept the decision of the Parade of Homes Committee and/or the HBAGLBR Board of Directors. 16. I agree that if my home is not open to the public that the driveway must be blocked to some capacity indicating no entry. 17. I will follow all heath and safety guidelines as set forth by the CDC for protection of my home owners, employees, and the public.

III. SUBMISSIONS The Builder agrees to submit the following by the deadline August 29, 2025. 1. Sketch, rendering, or color photograph of each Parade home entered. 2. Details of the Parade home (limit 10, see form) that give a general description of the features of the home, without reference to specific supplier company names. 3. Builder’s biography (see form), color photograph of the builder, and a color logo. 4. Certificate of Liability naming Home Builders Association as additional insured. 5. Participation fee for each home or project. 6. List of suppliers and subcontractors (see form). 7. Copy of Conditional Certificate of Occupancy (CCO) OR Certificate of Occupancy (COO). IV. PARADE OF HOMES COMMITTEE AGREES TO: 1. Establish a publicity budget to be obtained from entrance fees, official sponsors, and other advertising members. 2. Coordination and direction of overall publicity programs for promotion of the Parade of Homes. The Committee maintains the right of editorial control of all promotional material to ensure uniformity. 3. Furnish a minimum of three Parade signs: one sign designating the home as a Parade entry (to be displayed in front of home), and two directional signs.

V. SIGNATURE By signing below, you do hereby agree to abide by the operating rules and regulations as described above, and will act with respect and regard for all other Parade of Homes participants. This contract is an agreement for the current Parade season, and not an agreement made in perpetuity.
